Ornemental ivy – Hedera helix ‘Brimstone’

Ornamental ivy, Hedera helix ‘Brimstone’ , has medium-sized, recurved, variegated leaves.
They are heart-shaped and formed of three recurved and wavy lobes. The blade is yellow-green, spotted and speckled with gray and dark green. The stems are quite short and the growth is average.
This ivy forms beautiful carpets in semi-shaded to sunny areas of the garden.
History
This cultivar is a mutation of ‘Gold Dust’ introduced by Hedera Etc Nursery, Pennsylvania, in 1989.
