Ornemental ivy – Hedera helix ‘Fandango’

Ornamental ivy, Hedera helix ‘Fandango’, is a ground cover variety, with good branching.
The leaf has five or seven pointed lobes directed forward. The terminal lobe is twice as long as the lateral ones. The edge of the blade is slightly wavy giving the leaf a pleated appearance. The foliage is dark green all year round.
It is an ivy with moderate development, to be used in pots and in areas of the garden of average size.
History
This cultivar is a mutation of ‘Filigran’ discovered by Russel Windle of Hedera etc Nursery, Pennsylvania, USA, in 2004
