Ornemental ivy – Hedera helix ‘Maygold’

The ornamental ivy, Hedera helix ‘Maygold’, has bright, cup-shaped, light green foliage. The young shoots are yellowish green.
The leaves are composed of 3 to 5 lobes, broad and pointed. They are carried by short, dark green petioles.
This ivy will form a bright ground cover in shaded areas, especially in spring.
History
This cultivar was selected by Robert Krebs of the German Ivy Society in 2001. It is a mutation of ‘Goldcraft’
