In a nutshell

The adult Nepalese ivy, Hedera nepalensis ‘Suzanne’, is particularly interesting for its inflorescences.

The leaves, dark green, are elliptical, without lobes of course like the vast majority of ivies in the adult stage. They can take on a slightly bronze tint in a sunny situation. The inflorescences  are much finer than in Hedera helix . They are brown and give a beautiful appearance to the plant.

History

This cultivar was collected in 1975 by Dr John L Creech in Nepal from an oak forest, where it grew on trees and rocks.
