Ornemental ivy – Hedera helix ‘Midget’

Ornamental ivy, Hedera helix ‘Midget’, is an ivy with very ramified branches, bearing small green leaves composed of 3 to 5 very pointed lobes.
The central lobe is clearly longer than the lateral ones. The base of the leaves is truncated or slightly heart-shaped. The internodes are very short.
It is an ideal ivy for pots or planters with its drooping branches, indoors or outdoors.
History
This cultivar was discovered by Leo Swicegood in a Florida garden center in 1978, without a label.
